The team was really good. I had a table I was really concerned about and the team wrapped that. They came earlier than I thought and they were really good.

This is the second time I used North American for a across the country move and everything arrived ina timely manner.

It was a perfect move. Roger the driver was the best driver I ever had and I moved 7 times before for my career and he was by far the best.

The moving coordinator, Deb, was fantastic. The good were picked up promptly. I had a job that was available immediately and Deb made things happen. Everything was stellar. Both the loading & unloading crew did a fantastic job. They were clean and left everything spotless. They were personable, nice, & exhibited excellent customer service. The coordinator, Deb, was great

They were very good, nice, and on time. They cared about the equipment and were very careful while being efficient.

I've used them before and these guys were absolutely great, they were on time, friendly, and handled our things with care.

It was the quality of the guys who showed up to do the work. The guys were polite, friendly & took care of my items. I am still unpacking. Overall they did a good job packing things up.

The care they used to pack my things. They were very friendly and trustworthy. They worked together and I was comfortable with them.

All the packers & drivers were helpful, cheerful & polite. The estimate was very detailed. The packers did a great job wrapping some items.

The care taken when unloading my belongings and they showed up when they said they would. They wrapped my plunger in one of my bath towels.

They did everything just the way we asked them to and the driver was excellent and they did everything they said they would do.

They were very professional, and also they were very clean and quick and so I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

The friendliness of the whole crew and the whole move. The communication from scheduling everything and getting it here.

I liked the excellent service on both ends; communication, the level of detail & everything was done accurately & professionally. Any questions I had were answered. The driver & assistant, Mike & Pat, were excellent. There were some scuffs on the wall & scuffs on my furniture but other than that I am very satisfied.

I think this is one of my smoothest moves I've had. The crew was professional, polite, on time, and everything went well. The crew was reasonable in my requests and told me if they could be done.

It was a combination of everything but mostly pricing, how they handled my items and also Jason's effort. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The guys were very accommodating and I'm very pleased with their service.

Everybody did a good job. We had some challenging condition weather and road. With the move. They all worked hard despite the weather.

The organization of it was good. I like the follow-up calls that they made. They kept me updated on the move.

The professionalism from everybody during the whole process. There were no disappointments and everything was done efficiently. I would definitely recommend the company to my friends or family.

The driver and crew were very nice and professional. They were patient and answered our questions. It was a pleasant move. The driver named David kept me in contact. He gave me perfect interaction & was just all around good individual. The crew with the moving truck was perfect but unloading crew was very unprofessional.

I was really impressed with the driver and crew, Phillip and Steve. They were friendly and took really good care of me.

The willingness to talk and answer questions. They came back to visit to make sure things were going well.

They did a good job. I was impressed w/them. The communication was good. Our closing was moved up by 1 day. But they were able to work w/us around any changes. The loaders did a great job. They followed up well on both sides of the move.

The driver and the two men I spoke was helpful and very accommodating influenced my rating. Everything went like clockwork. It was great.

I used a different mover before and I had issue with them, North American was much better. I was little concerned regarding my hand crafted items .,I asked the driver to secure the box carefully.

They were very careful and polite. I think they did an excellent job. They protected my house while they were coming back and forth with the packages. They were extremely good at being careful.

The overall help and coordination in arranging the move as well as the driver and his crew influenced my rating.

Personalities of the guys and their professionalism. Mike, Mark and Sheldon are a very good group. This is the best move we have had. Christie was good too.

I liked the ease & efficiency of the process. It went off like clockwork. During a stressful time, it was nice to have someone to take care of my move professionally. The driver was there a little early so they called & I accepted their offer to come early.

The entire experienced was very good. The pick up was delayed, I provided a 3 day pick up, there was a delayed, they came on the 3rd day and in the evening. The delivery guys arrived earlier than expected & did a good job.

The quality of everything was wonderful. From the packing to unloading, everything was done professionally.

The communication was good. The local office was good in communicating and getting back to me about timelines, procedures and everything.

The crew on both ends, especially at the unloading end was very good and polite. The move was efficient and the price was good. I was pleased. Carmen the coordinator did a good job.

It was very smooth all the way, we had 3 bids and choose North American very happy with them would reccoment them. Every communication we had got an immediate answer. Have 2 little issues other wise was just great, we had 1 table that had a chip in the veneer, my bedroom furniture the varnish is crinkled, may have to have both items refinish still unpacking.

The driver and the relationship. He was the local person who came and picked up and he drove them across country. The personal relationship I had with him; the trust and professionalism. If I could make the score higher for the driver and crew loading I would. I would rate the driver and crew who delivered above the top of the scale. I have already recommended them.

They were willing to deliver my stuff in 10 days and I was happy about that. They were kind thru out the whole process.

The driver and the crew overall were wonderful. I think that North American Van lines should give the crews water or coolers. The team worked hard and really sweated .

Sirva put all of this together very timely. The driver called me to confirm that they would be there and call back to let me know when they would be there. I feel this was a very personable service. Maurice the rep that came to visit did a very good job. I was overall comfortable with the movers and I was impressed with how well the communicated and worked together.

The gentleman, whose name is Pete, who gave us the estimate and worked out everything, was excellent, personable, and gave me an estimate on the weight, wherein he promised what the move would cost.

The overall experience because it was a hard process. North American was very accommodating and worked with us. It was a good experience.

The teams did a very good job, reasonable price, on time, best customer service and would like the same guys to be there next time. Only that the storage items be boxed separately.

The care, communication was good, the people were good. It was based on my entire experience. A loading company loaded my goods and transferred it to the warehouse. They had a driver come and transport the goods.

They were very professional and my company paid for the move and I know it was expensive, however, The quality of the move was excellent and it was a good choice. There were some issues with the guys who came to crate my items as well as disconnect my appl's. The special srvcs guys called and said he would be done with everything on Thursday morning.

Everybody was nice even the driver the other workers were wonderful courteous and a very comfortable experience.

The attention I got. The attention my goods got. I feel like I was the only person moving. They took care of me and my stuff.

Just the professionalism of the driver and his crew. He kept me posted on the phases of the operation. They kept me in contact with the people I needed to be in contact with.

Everything was as promised; the timing, pricing, and delivery. Alex in California let me know about the delivery dates and then they zeroed in on it and called before time 2 days.

They were careful with my items, they went above and beyond their duties and I was impressed all around.

The person that gave me the estimate was helpful. The crew that packed my items was careful and helpful. My delivery was made on time.

It was the efficiency. They did what they said they were going to do. They had to deal with our cat. Our cat had to be with a particular room. They worked with us on that. The crew and the driver did an outstanding job. They were friendly, very polite. We liked them so much that we bought lunch. We would recommend Van Lines all day long. We had medical supplies.

Everything they did they did with care, they are the most efficient. This is our third move, I feel like they took the most care with my stuff and thehouse.

The driver was excellent, Ken Bojarski was pheononinal, a very exceptional person and went over and beyond his job duties. We thought that the process of the delivery would take longer but the speed of the driver made him come early and he was very helpful with packing and instructing.

They were timely & considerate. They were like family to us. I've never had an experience like that. I will use them for future moves. I wish they could have moved my goods from storage to new home. I was very happy with the entire process. I was very surprised on how good they were. I would recommend them to others.

The skill and professionalism of the guys who loaded my goods and the guys who delivered influenced my rating. They did an excellent job and they did everything professionally.

The movers were excellent and they did what they promised they would do and did it when they promised they would.

Everything was on time and I got a better quote from the ppl I dealt with. I was satis w/ everyone who loaded and unloaded and I was confident w/ everyone. They called me & the driver show up on time.

I think the whole process was well. The agent did good explaining the process. It was low cost and the guys that did the move was courteous. The overall move.

There was some brown liquion n the floor of the backseat of the car that was delivered. When the car was delivered, there was a lot of water in the backseat.

We have used NA moving a lot. They are strong and very professional. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves.

I would give them a 10 but they called us wanting a few more days and it was very stressful. They wanted to delay it by 2 or 3 days and we were already sleeping on the floor for 10 days.

I wrote an email conserning the driver. He was a gentleman & very professional. He was terrific and excellent. His name is Trini Charlton. Special request was the scheduling. I hope they realized they are doing a good job. I only wish the wrappings/pad are clean thats how I would improve the service.

The driver and the people that unpacked made everything really easy. He went above and beyond what was expected.
